I have a specialized understanding of holistic sleep solutions. Specifically, my research has focused on how lifestyle, stress, hormones, thyroid issues, gut health, and nutrition all impact sleep. In my practice, Sleep is Health, I help individuals who have struggled with sleep for years to sleep peacefully in a matter of days, using individualized programs and coaching.
