Women should not have their rights controlled when its comes to abortions/ having children. Women deserve the same rights as a man, such as they choose to not pursue or to continue with what they do not want to. On this episode I am sharing my personal experience on abortions along with being a single mom already. The emotions a woman has when even coming to the decision and acceptance that they will be having an abortion. The emotions that still come even after having an abortion that takes a toll on a woman's mental health as well. Today's topic on SMME is on having no emotional support. Whether you are a parent with full family support, minimal support, or no support there are emotions that we keep to ourselves, because sometimes we may have physical or financial support but very little mental/ emotional support. Unfortunately in this world that is pretty common. An its even more common to say society has normalized it in some way because we do have other resources such has therapy that we can seek for emotional support in some way. This episode was created for the purpose of sharing my work environment experiences being a single mom and how overwhelming it can be balancing it. With that being said its no secret that adulthood consist of making income to survive.  Over the years I've learned that you work environments can also be your village being a single mom. The reason I say this is because when you communicate effectively and have a game plan and it doesn't affect any productivity your work environment can also be your support system , because with out their team they couldn't operate without us. Yes they can hire new staff to replace you, but do you think they want to start that process all over again an loose a good employee, no, they do not.
