20. The easiest way to reach your goals

Why do we make goal setting so hard? If it's too big of a goal, we get intimidated and want to give up. If it's too small of a goal, we blame ourselves if we don't hit it. If it's too specific, we limit ourselves to what we're actually capable of. There's a better way reach your goal. This puts less pressure on you to reach the goal and allows you to think of more creative ways to reach your goal.
