👤 About Our Guest: Joan Hope Craig
Yoga therapist, meditation teacher, author, and recovering "busy bee". My main message is for "People Who Don't Stop." People who want to meditate or practice mindfulness, but struggle with actually doing it because they are too busy or think their minds are too busy. The message can also be for people who are just hard on themselves, with a persistent, harsh inner critic. Micro-moments of mindfulness and mini-pauses to breathe can allow life to feel less stressful and more free, with more self-compassion.
