In this episode, I share the surprising story of how I stopped wearing reading glasses after nearly 20 years. This is not medical advice, and I’m not claiming I “cured” my eyes. I’m sharing a personal experiment that made me rethink how easily health seekers can stack too many “good” things: liver, eggs, raw milk, retinol skincare, high-dose supplements, fortified foods, carrot salad, and not enough fiber or elimination support. The deeper question is not whether vitamin A, traditional foods, or supplements are good or bad.The deeper question is: when does nutrient density become overload? For me, the shift came when I stopped stacking concentrated inputs, widened my food rhythm, brought back more ordinary fiber, and listened to what my body was showing me.My eyes got moist again.
