Welcome all to our official season two podcast soirée send off as Kat and Av are at it again after a summer break that Av calls “a mini Saturn’s Return of W.T.F.” 🪐 (I know Av may have called previous episodes in the past the “beginning of season two” but we are ignoring her because we can…) 🤨😗This episode fills you in on the life successes and updates from both hosts after getting through life struggles over the past year, as well as a must hear letter to a narcissist that Kat reads off after approaching narcissistic abuse in therapy. Avenlea talks about her sobriety after joining AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) and how it not only benefits her witchy life but how it’s allowing her to be present actually living it. In the Season 2 opener of the Harlot Society Podcast, Kat and Avenlea are joined by three very special and beloved guests on the show to talk about components of dark magic and how it relates to our inner growth, transformation, healing, and capacity to heal from epigenetic abuse. As this podcast has developed, we recognize that the subject matter we talk about is not only for witches in the entire beautiful gender spectrum that that encompasses, but more and more we realize that this is also a podcast for those who are victims, and henceforth, survivors of abuse. Ultimately, we are all limited by language trying to touch on something infinite and divine. Our hope for this episode is that it reaches those who need validation in the process of feeling within their own intuition, especially in regards to confirmation that the guidance they are receiving from the ephemeral and spiritual realms is of the highest good for them and for humanity and is applicable to their spiritual journey. The free ramble association aspect of this episode delves into numbing agents we use as human beings even when we are connected with our spiritual nature, as well as the potentiality that epigenetic trauma and transgenerational trauma contribute to the myriad of mental health problems we see today. This episode does have a trigger warning for those who are unable to hear a brief discussion about adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and the manifestation of Dissociative Identity Disorder in child survivors in order to cope. Welcome back to the Harlot Society podcast after Kat and Ave took a brief hiatus to deal with some real life shit. 🧙🏿🧙‍♀️ this episode is a bad ass ride that will take you through astrological underpinnings, including basics of your natal chart and where to find additional resources. Because this is the Harlot Society, we naturally ADHD segued into a beautiful girl talk conversation with Ave’s girlfriend Salem, touching on topics like being a transgendered woman and healing from the rampant trauma still infiltrating society through familial narcissistic abuse and hidden religious abuse in all forms. As a spiritual community, we honor all forms of divine connection with Goddess/God/Spirit that serve the light. However, this also means we need to be calling out the bullshit happening in church organizations where victims of abuse and sexual violence are silenced and ostracized and abusers are protected under some brain washed idea of “forgiveness” being a higher moral priority that protecting abuse victims.
