Three Things to Do When You're Feeling Down
From kratom, to drinking water, to classic songs, here are the things I do when I’m in a funk. I’ve felt a shift. I’ve felt it in people. I’ve felt it in myself. I’ve felt it in my kids. Depending on the person and the energy, some of it truly unsettles me. It’s like a thick mist you have to walk through alongside a coastal cliff, knowing that the drop off is somewhere, anywhere, that you can feel it, smell it, hear it, but you have to keep moving forward, with faith. You have to believe and know that the Divine will always take care of those who seek to do good and be good.
