In todays's episode I speak with Robyn Browning.  An absolute powerhouse of a woman from Dublin’s inner city, Ireland, who swings in for a very uplifting and inspiring conversation about life growing up in the inner city. It was priceless growing up in that community spirit, where everyone's door was always open and every woman in the flats was like your mother. Robyn takes us through her journey from partying every weekend and travelling the world to becoming a mother at age 21, a business owner not long after, and the struggles that came with being a single parent while honouring her heart's desire to continue traveling the world. Fast forward to today, where Robyn has gone through multiple career pivots but still works in the beauty industry as an eyebrow technician part time after an incredible home birth to her new son. She also has a sound healing and recovery centre businesses she uses to give back to her community and bring different healing modalities to those around her. We also touched on how she felt going through delivering her baby in the comfort of her home surrounded by the ones she loves the most. Episode 11: Life By Design with Tahlia Pretty

In todays's episode I speak with Tahlia Pretty.  An absolute powerhouse of a woman from Adelaide, South Australia, who speaks of growing up with an unhealthy relationship with food, coffee and sort of being forced into expressing only gratitude by her family who had left Ukraine for a better life in Australia.  The results of stuffing down her true emotions, and being told it was not ok to be anything other than grateful came at a cost. Her unhealthy pattern of being and over achiever and it leading to her getting addicted to coffee, suffering with sever anxiety and depression to now being the founder of soul shine living and helping thousands of people deal with eating disorders, learning to love their body and manifesting the life of their dreams.  We also touched on what it was like to win a fitness contest and how it fast tracked her into the spotlight and being offered modelling roles by all the biggest fashion labels in Australia. Then the negative results of being told her body needs to be and look a certain way in photo shoots. Episode 10: Focus On What Lights You Up with Ollie Gordon

In today's episode I speak with Ollie Gordan.  An incredible humble Man who didn;t start out that way but he’s landed himself here today. This was definitely one of the funniest chat’s to date but covered some incredibly deep topics in between.  We went through what life was like growing up in rural Ireland, loosing his father at such a young age and the tragedy that surrounded his passing.  Also what his life has been like battling depression on and off over the years, gaining “it all” only to feel empty after hitting his goals then losing it all anyway after a couple of companies who owed money went into liquidation.  We touch on changing from chasing income to chasing impact in the world that was driving him mad. The shift that has come in his life since making that change and cutting alcohol out of his life.  The importance of getting into communities that want to see you do better and help you along in life. In todays's episode I speak with Casey Warwick.  An incredible powerful woman from Newcastle, Australia, who speaks of growing up in a household where her parent’s struggled with addiction. What mask’s she put on to cope with and deal with what she experienced in those early days. Getting very badly injured in the military, being tricked into self discharging leading to very sever depression and settling for a domestically abusive relationship. Episode 8: If You’re Not Obsessing, It’s Not Your Purpose with Conor Moore

In todays's episode I speak with Conor Moore.  An incredible young Man from Wexford, Ireland who started his life with a speech impediment and struggling to get people to understand him he took up playing instrument’s instead to express himself to others.  After finding his purpose and love for music he knew from a very early age he was going to do life on his own terms. Starting his first business at 13 and quickly multiplying that to 4 businesses in the space of a couple of years.  We hear what life was like growing up in Wexford, how school never clicked with him from as early as play school he managed to stay a year out of it, which is funny because now he’s a music teacher.  We touch on his story through the music industry and how it has brought him all over Ireland, across to the U.S and going viral with a unique idea of creating a Christmas song with no instrument’s.  The journey from hating being at school to now teaching at school’s all over Ireland, from being told he wouldn’t get much from a music career to now having purchased a family home for himself and his young family.
