Wynyard is a beautiful and accessible town on Tasmania's northwest coast. You'll find it just 17 kilometers west of Burnie along the absolutely stunning Bass Highway. This town serves as a pitstop for those exploring the rugged beauty of Tasmania's northern coast and is also a hub for the nearby rural areas. Wynyard has cafes, town shops, amazing scenes, lighthouses, festivals, tulips and so much more! Pristine white sand, long winding roads, luxurious accommodations, alpine forests, quaint towns, a big maze and epic mountains. This is Tasmania. Tasmanian is a beautiful state with so much to offer. Maybe you are looking to plan your next family holiday, or in need of a tree change. Tasmania offers a variety of landscapes and opportunities for the young and old.  My name is Lewis Jaffray and a few years ago i was faced with decision of where i wanted to live my life and i chose to stay in Tasmania and i have decided to make a podcast to tell you why. Join with me as we travel to every corner, nook and cranny of this amazing state. I will take you to some fantastic restaurants, cute towns, amazing attractions, stunning landscapes and first class accommodations across our state. Giving you a clear scope of the wonderful things Tasmania offers. We will be facing some of the criticism Tasmania faces head on and talking about the good and the not so good that can be found in this state. I will be bringing my whole life knowledge of this island with me as we review and analyse what makes Tasmania’s character and charm so strong. Each week we will be looking at a different place through 6 categories… do, see, eat, sleep, live and vibe. Before coming to a final rating. I cannot wait to take you around my stomping ground, my back yard, and if i do say so myself… one of the best places in the world.
