Generation Z currently makes up 27 per cent of the labor force, and this is projected to rise to 31 percent by 2035, making Gen Z the largest generation in the job market. The history of Attachment Theory

This month’s focus is on attachment theory, tracing its historical roots and wider influence. Awareness of attachment theory has grown over recent years, due to increased interest in therapy and self-reflection It’s arguably the most well-known concept that has made it out of the specialism of early years and into public consciousness. But what are the different styles of attachment? The first male nursery nurse

This month, we speak to the family of Robert McAcleese one of the first men to qualify as a nursery nurse in the UK. From salesman to sector pioneer, Robert’s journey broke barriers and reshaped perceptions in early education. His career marked a turning point in gender representation within early years education, culminating in his role as officer-in-charge at Kepler Day Nursery—an unprecedented achievement at the time.
