Welcome to Ursus Life! This is my first podcast and I am so excited to be here talking with you today.  Ursus Life is all about my personal journey to health and wellness from the inside out. I have struggled with being overweight and obesity all of my adult life. 18 months ago I decided to start documenting my final weight loss effort on YouTube, and that has ultimately led me here. I am so excited to see where this new venture will lead.  I have learned that weight loss is more about how I feel about myself and my thoughts more than what is on the plate. Most of the time how I felt determined what was on the plate.
