Did you know we may make up to 35,000 decisions in a single day? No wonder we can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or completely checked out by the end of it.   In this episode, I’m talking about the difference between conscious and unconscious choices—and why becoming aware of our patterns can change everything. So many of us are living on autopilot, repeating habits, thoughts, and reactions that no longer serve our health, relationships, or peace. That’s where unconscious habits can quietly take over.   I also share my own experience with decision fatigue, burnout, and getting caught in the pressure of trying to do too much.
