Better U

This is all about getting to a better you through better hair, better health, better living!! I started this journey by losing 30 lbs to feel/look better. Then it morphed into having the best hair with the best naturally based products I've ever found. Now it's just about getting info to the masses about what I have found to be the best things for OUR lives. Maybe they will help you too, maybe they won't.
