Everything Coffee - Episode 25 | Natalia Alcazar | Dahlia Coffee Co.

Today I’m joined by Natalia Alcazar, born in the Pacific Northwest Natalia was exposed early to some of the best coffee from around the world, building interest over the years. As Natalia evolved, her career took her in a different direction working in the corporate world and often being the youngest individual in the room filled with mostly men. Noting that her solutions were often overlooked by executives because she was a young Latina woman.    Coming to a realization, Natalia quit her job, and returned to her roots in coffee. During the time, Wallace began to gain interest in wanting to roast Competition style coffee, of which he and a group of friends ventured into.
