See With Your Heart

Morning Mantra: "I see you as you are."  Many people find themselves in circumstances that they wouldn't have chosen.  Most of us are feeling and behaving in ways we had never before due to loss, anxiety and stress. There is never a better time to really "see" each other.  Not the surface things, but the deeper, soul of another.   See the homeless man as a person in a valley of his life not as someone who isn't trying. See that woman in the checkout line using food stamps as a struggling mother trying her best for her family not as someone bucking the system. See that guy with all the tattoos and piercings as a man brave enough to express himself not someone who is dangerous. See that stressed out mom at Walmart as someone that needs support not someone that needs judging. Maybe we can't help them in any tangible way, but to see them as another soul helps us to not add to their struggle. It is especially important during these trying times to let each other feel accepted without judgement.  Accepting each person we meet as they are; with flaws, fears, mistakes, and circumstances.   Let's look at people's heart and soul instead of their exterior or circumstances, then we can leave each other feeling valued and important despite the way we find them.  #BeASoulSeer #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #InspirationalQuotes
