Your Vibe Frequency

Morning Mantra: "Show me how good it gets and how easy it can be." The Universe is energy.  Your attitude puts you in a certain frequency.   Negative, grumpy, ungrateful thoughts will keep you in a low vibration.   Positive thoughts and intentions will have you in a higher one. Positive begets positive.  You attract what you put out.  So start the day, and throughout the day, send out high vibrations of love, gratitude, and authenticity. Find little things to say "Thanks" for.  How good your morning coffee or tea tastes.  The sound of the birds singing outside.  The warmth of the sun or refreshment of the rain.  Take time and really enjoy your food.  Notice small glimmers of joy throughout the day.   If you  get pulled into a negative state try to become aware of it and quickly let it go.  Breathe through it, refocus and try to not let it sabotage your day.
