This month Brandon catches up with Nate and Sandy as they discuss health, or better yet "wellness". Sandy the "White Kenyan" and Nate the "Black Incredible Hulk" are in great physical shape. Yet, often times we create a hierarchy when it comes to health. We tend to value physical health while neglecting our mental, emotional and spiritual health. However, we some shouldn't compartmentalize health. Instead, health should be viewed holistically because it is all interconnected.

This month Brandon sits down with Pat Junior as they discuss Pat's new album "I Thought I Knew". In the day and age of the "Soundcloud rapper", Pat shares how rap isn't something he stumbled upon. From early on, when his mother introduced him to hip hop and Jesus, Pat always had a passion for expressing himself through music. Pat does an excellent job of creating high quality art, without compromising on his integrity. Pat's album is like that of a Psalm His raw, honest and introspective lyrics takes you on an emotional journey of hurt, pain, healing, joy and peace! This month, Brandon is joined by Kao and Emmanuel. Together they talk about doubt. They are not unaware of how their faith is perceived by others. Especially as black men, they are very familiar with the "Christianity is a white man's religion" or the "Bible is what the slave master used" rhetoric. Despite having a response to these critiques, it is undeniable there are times when they have their own doubts about God and faith.
