In addition, they discuss how important it is for teams to feel empowered by change, why communication is key and how to measure success in a project like deploying a CWP. Marek Gieburowski is Brewery Development Manager of Tychy Brewery from Kompania Piwowarska, part of Asahi Group. With a background of mechanical engineering Marek has 15 years of experience as process engineer, project manager and technical department manager in international manufacturing corporations (automotive, assembly and FMCG). For the last few years Marek has led the Continuous Improvement / WCM program in Tychy Brewery searching for various ways to improve processes and reduce MUDA (waste in Lean methodology) on the shopfloor. Sally Tidman is the Communications and Engagement Specialist, within the Change Management Team of Asahi Europe and International (AEI). With over 10 years of experience in internal communications, Sally has worked in a variety of sectors and is passionate about communication, design, learning, and developing as well as implementing tools to enhance the overall business performance.
