The Grateful Leper: Healed, Saved, and Set Free. Day 12

Welcome to Day 12 of our Jabez June Prayer Challenge! What if God has more for you than you ever imagined? Welcome to a new day on our journey of prayer and blessing! One of my favorite stories is about the ten lepers who cried out to Jesus for healing. All ten received physical healing, but only one returned, praising God with a grateful heart. That man didn’t just get healed—he was made whole. The Greek word used is sozo, meaning saved, healed, and delivered. He received everything Jesus had to offer, not just a cure for his body, but freedom and new life for his soul. Heavenly Father, Thank you for being the God who sees us, heals us, and welcomes us with open arms. Like the one leper who returned to Jesus, may we not just for physical healing, but for wholeness—body, soul, and spirit. Draw us close, Lord, and fill every broken place with your love and power. We don’t want to miss a single thing you have for us. Give us hearts that return to you with gratitude, faith, and boldness. Let your hand of blessing be upon us, expanding our territory and protecting us from harm. May we walk in the fullness of sozo—saved, healed, and delivered—bringing glory to your name. Amen.

Blessings Beyond Circumstances. Day 11

Welcome to Day 11 of our Jabez journey! When we consider blessing, it’s easy to think of it as something distant—reserved for others, or tied to perfect circumstances. But the truth is, God’s blessing is both personal and present. Jabez’s bold prayer reminds us that we can ask God to bless us right where we are, with all our flaws and pain. God’s definition of blessing isn’t just about possessions or success; it’s about His presence, protection, and peace in our lives. Even in the middle of a struggle, we can trust that God’s hand is on us. When we focus on His promises, we discover that blessing is not only possible, but already at work within us. Let’s Pray: Heavenly Father, thank you for your promises and your faithfulness. Like Jabez, we come to you and ask boldly: bless us and expand our territory—not just for ourselves, but so we can be a blessing to others. Let your hand be with us, protect us from harm, and set us free from pain and fear. Help us recognize your blessings even in unexpected places, and trust that your goodness is always at work. May your face shine on us and give us peace. Use our lives for your glory. We trust you and thank you, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Praying Big Prayers—for Yourself, Too. Day 10

Welcome to Day 10 of our Jabez journey! Today, let’s talk about bold asking and the desires God places in our hearts. Philippians 2:13 reminds us that God is at work within us, giving us both the desire and the power to do whatever pleases Him. Sometimes, we hesitate to ask for big things for ourselves, but it feels easier when we’re praying for someone else’s blessing or breakthrough. The truth is, if God can do it for others, He can do it for you, too. As we walk with him, his spirit shapes our desires and prunes away anything that doesn’t belong. Let’s be bold—asking for ourselves and for those we love, confident in His love and goodness. Heavenly Father, Thank you for working in us, giving us both the desire and the ability to do what pleases you. As we come to you today, shape our hearts and purify our desires. Give us faith to ask boldly—not just for others, but for ourselves—trusting that you withhold no good thing from your children. Lord, may we stand perfect and complete in all your will. Bless us as you blessed Jabez: increase our territory, provide your protection, and keep us from harm. Help us to pray with confidence, believing that what you do for others, you can do for us as well. Thank you for your love, your power, and your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Bold Prayers, Big Breakthroughs—Day 9

Welcome to Day 9 of our Jabez journey! Today, we’re talking about bold prayers. Sometimes we hesitate to voice our deepest desires before God—maybe out of fear of seeming selfish, proud, or too ambitious. Yet, Jabez prayed a big, honest prayer, asking God for blessing, influence, and protection. Scripture and our culture remind us, “You have not because you ask not,” and Ephesians 3:20 says our God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. Jesus isn’t put off by our big dreams; in fact, he invites us to ask boldly and trust him for a breakthrough. Let’s pray, Heavenly Father, Thank You for inviting us to pray bold prayers. Like Jabez, help us lay our desires before you, trusting that you delight in blessing us, your children. We ask for your breakthrough—expand our territory, increase our influence, and let your hand be with us. Protect us from harm and keep us from causing pain. Lord, your Word says you can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to your power at work within us. Lift our faith, silence our doubts, and help us ask big, knowing you are generous and good. May our prayers today unlock new doors, bring healing, and reveal more of you in our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Unlocking Heaven’s Resources—Day 8

Welcome to Day 8 of our Jabez journey! Today, we focus on the first and boldest request Jabez made: “Oh, that You would bless me!” It’s easy to wonder—Is it okay to ask God for a blessing? Is that selfish or greedy? But when we look at the Scripture, we see that heaven is a place of abundance, not lack. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” God delights in blessing His children—not for our greed, but for His glory and the good of others. When we ask for a blessing, we’re inviting God’s goodness to flow through us and into the world around us. Heavenly Father, You are a God who delights in blessing your children. Today, we join the prayer of Jabez and boldly ask, “Oh, that you would bless us indeed!” Pour out your favor, wisdom, and provision over our lives, our families, and our work. Expand our territory and increase our impact, income, and influence May your hand be with us, guiding every step. Protect us from harm and keep us from problems that may not be part of God’s purpose for us. Let Your unlimited goodness flow into every area of our lives, bringing new clarity, healing, and prosperity. Lord, use us as channels of light, life, and the love of God to others. May Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
