A collaborative public project with anonymous members of rogue historians who are spurring conversation with updated signage about the rich history of Richmond, Virginia. Known as "History is Illuminating," they have already installed 6 historical plaques along Monument Avenue while the statues of confederate figures (and Columbus) are being removed.
