Take FTR like a voice memo where we haven’t talked in a while and I’m catching you up on the latest—it’s me hitting record on the spice of life: the song stuck in your head at 2 AM, the shower thought that flips everything, or the habit you didn’t even realize you had. yeah, i study ABA but this isn’t a psych podcast. it’s a Rocket podcast. so expect behavior stuff sometimes, but mostly just me catching you up on whatever’s lighting up my brain.
