I swear it really is just a coincidence that in the same week where we are seeing the release of the latest dinosaur theme park movie, we happen to have a dino-themed episode of the Forgotten Filmcast. This week, Elwood Jones from The Asian Cinema Film Club stops by to discuss the 1977 film The Last Dinosaur. Tune in for an amazing discussion, as well as some movie recommendations and our trivia game.

On this week's episode we look at a fairly recent film by our show's standards. Andy Goulding from Blue Print Review joins us for 2008's Dean Spanley. It features a top-notch cast including Jeremy Northam, Sam Neill, Bryan Brown, and Peter O'Toole in a story involving a man who believes he was a dog in a previous life. Of course, we also have our movie recommendations and our trivia game, so download the show and enjoy on your next walk with your four-legged best friend.

On this week's episode we look at a film with big stars and a renowned director, the notoriously fizzled at the box office. Director Mike Nichols tries his hand at making a slapstick comedy and brings Jack Nicholson, Warren Beatty, and Stockard Channing along for the ride in 1975's The Fortune. LAMBcast host Richard Kirkham (whose favorite movie year is 1975) joins us for our main discussion. We also have some great movie recommendations and a fun round of trivia.

All movie geeks have those movies that we've purchased down at the used DVD store, but just haven't gotten around to watching yet. So this week Todd shares some thoughts on four movies that have been sitting on the shelf for a while, which he finally got around to watching. We start with an early appearance by Rosario Dawson in The First 20 Million is Always the Hardest. Next we go back to the 60's as Sandra Dee and Bobby Darin star in If a Man Answers. After that we look at one of the last films to star Rodney Dangerfield, The 4th Tenor. Then we close things out with the coming-of-age drama Staying Together. We also have some trivia questions along the way, and still make time for a movie recommendation to close the show.

On this week's episode we have a first-time guest! Jon Cross from the After Movie Diner, as well as the new PM Entertainment Podcast stops by to look at wild and crazy Australian film that was actually shot in New Zealand. Join us as we discuss 1981's Race for the Yankee Zephyr. The film features Ken Wahl, Lesley Ann Warren, George Peppard, and a constantly half-drunk Donald Pleasance. We've also got our movie recommendations and our trivia game segment! Don't miss this one!
