PCOS GIRLIES THIS IS FOR YOU if you’ve tried everything your doctor tells you: * “eat less, move more” * “cut out gluten, dairy, carbs, sugar” * take birth control, metformin, or GLP1s * workout 5-7x a week, cardio, & sweating * eating 1,000 cals a day OR LESS …and still the scale doesn’t move. & you still don’t get your period. its because PCOS isn’t just a fertility issue, it’s a METABOLIC issue. Too much exercise + too little food = SLOW metabolism, insulin resistance medications only mask the symptoms. you’re going to keep spinning your wheels until you workout with purpose & intention (2-4x a week max), eat like a normal person, & actually manage your sleep. This is how my client Jordan went from taking 9 medications -> only 2. she was dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, hashimotos, celiac disease. came to me on a GLP1, eating 700-1,000 cals a day and it wasn’t working. We gave her 2 home workouts per week, slowly raised her calories UP to 2,250 a day. AND BOOM SHE LOST 40 LBS. Happier, healthier, & hotter than ever.
