Le Pont Des Arts Episode 2 - David Williams : Spirit Of Saguaros

During my last trip to New York I was lucky enough to meet this talented artist, David Williams, who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. I really appreciated the powerful yet calm spirit and energy of David and his studio. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Colorado State University (2008) and an MFA in Printmaking from Louisiana State University (2012). David has been pushing the boundaries of mixed media for over a decade. I'd probably describe him as an activist artist, exploring ecological changes due to global warming and the impact of human activity on our world and, more specifically, on our nature. His latest research and work focuses on painting and the study of saguaros. Saguaros are a type of cactus found in the American desert. David has exhibited internationally in major galleries and I invite you to enter his personal universe with his intense and meaningful artistic approach. I've been seduced and I approve of his art. Le Pont Des Arts Episode 1 - Dourone : L'alliance

We are proud to present the first episode of Le Pont Des Arts, in which we explore the artistic universe of the Dourone alliance. After having painted pharaonic walls in the four corners of the world, the artists have decided to adopt a new approach, a new look at their paintings and their new aspirations. Between aestheticism, poetry and questioning the current issues of our society, the Dourone alliance invites us to understand their artistic practice through this beautiful interview.
