I walked into my first Zumba class and lasted 15 minutes before I had to leave because I couldn't breathe. I couldn't do a single jumping jack. I couldn't hold a plank. I was using 5-pound dumbbells and calling them my "big weights."That was August 2023. Today? 600+ group fitness classes. 26 pounds down. In less than two months, I hit 365 days of maximum effort in fitness, and I have absolutely no clue how to celebrate it yet.
