Episode 4 - Leanne Louch

Welcome to Episode 4, our first podcast of 2026. This year is already looking to be an exciting and busy one for Forever Stars-there's an update on some of our forthcoming events at the end of this episode. Episode 3 - Play therapy

Welcome to our third episode. As well as supporting baby loss families through the serenity suites and the serenity garden, did you know Forever Stars provides play therapy sessions? These are free and they're aimed at siblings of babies who've died; it's sometimes brothers and sisters who can be overlooked in the grieving process and this form of therapy has been proven to be highly effective for families affected by loss. In this episode, Lizzie Miller describes what she does and her own experience of baby loss.
