Episode 1: the beginning (horrible audio I know)

This is for me to distract myself from doing cardio and being tired. I’m going to talk about how I feel after working out and give you updates along the way. I recorded this at the gym on the treadmill right after my workout with my trainer so I know the beginning is hard to hear but I’ll make sure to bring my other headphones lol with a mic closer to my mouth.
