In the summer of 1997, Swedish financiers Peter Mattson and Thomas Jisander lived it up on a luxurious yacht in Saint Tropez, blowing millions on extravagant parties and luxury shopping sprees. Little did the world know, their source of wealth was one of Sweden's biggest financial scams.
