YOU ARE Forgiven, So Forgive

In this episode we discuss forgiveness and reconciliation. God sent Jesus to reconcile the world back to His original plan He intended for creation. Through God’s act of reconciliation we are able to experience the Father and know Him personally. In this, He also showed us the importance of forgiveness. Through Jesus Christ, we have the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7). We have been forgiven of our sins, which is something we could never earn. If God forgave us, who are we not to forgive others? As followers of Christ, we have been equipped to reconcile others to God and a way in which this happens is through forgiveness. People’s actions can hurt us which can lead to unwanted pain, anger, resentment and so many other feelings. YOU ARE Choosing Yourself

In this episode we are discussing what it takes to choose yourself. It is so easy to get caught up in the world chasing and desiring things that do not love us back. Scripture reminds us that we are called to love God first, and to love others as ourselves. But in order to truly love ourselves and show up well for others, it must begin with loving God with all our heart, mind, and soul. He is the ultimate Source, and apart from Him we can do absolutely nothing. Let us stop chasing the things of this world and choose ourselves. When we choose ourselves, we choose God—because our true identity is found in Him. YOU ARE Redefining Truth

In this episode, we’re excited to step into the new year with a different focus. While many embrace the idea of “new year, new me,” 2026 is not about reinvention, it’s about restoration and redefining truth. Our focus is tearing down the lies and building our lives on our firm foundation, Jesus Christ.  Though we come from different walks of life, together we make up one body. We are ONE. This oneness is established when our lives are rooted in the TRUTH God has provided for us. God is faithful, and He desires us to draw closer to Him now more than ever. Let’s tear down the lies, build our lives on the TRUTH, and remain in Him now and forever. YOU ARE Letting Go!

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to let go of everything that no longer fits who we are or who God is calling us to be. Letting go is a big part of healing, and it’s something we have to do if we want to reach new levels in our lives. And honestly, letting go usually comes with its own grieving process. You might move through the five stages of grief—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and eventually acceptance. But as we go through those stages, we learn how to trust God on a deeper level. And along the way, we have to remember to give ourselves grace as we grow and release the things that no longer serve us. In this episode, we reflect on the importance of gratitude and recognizing the blessings we often overlook, including our freedom to worship God, share our faith openly, and gather in fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. When we slow down and acknowledge all that God has given us, our hearts shift toward thankfulness and renewed perspective. We also dive into the topic of doubt and the emotions that surface in our daily lives. Instead of viewing these feelings as negative or something to suppress, we explore what it might look like to invite God into our emotional experiences. What if our emotions are actually indicators or gentle reminders that it’s time to draw closer to God, our Father?
