How Embodiment Found Me (And Changed Everything) Embodiment has a way of finding us, whispering quietly and planting a curiosity inside us—often long before we even know what the word means. That was true for me. Back when I was a hospital pharmacist, I had no concept of “embodiment.” But something in me longed for more. My body was trying to tell me that what I was living… wasn’t it. I was sick—literally—Monday through Friday. I did all the tests, took all the medications, but the nausea wouldn’t go. My body knew. I was sick of the system I was part of. I didn’t know it yet, but what I was searching for was a different way of being. Personally & professionally. Something more vital, more heart-connected, more alive. That search led me into a personal and professional metamorphosis—and eventually into building a whole school [http://iment-coach/] dedicated to Feminine Embodiment Coaching. Could Feminine Embodiment Coaching be the missing link to creating the somatic depth you’re craving in your client work, the grounded confidence you yearn for in your practitioner skills, and the sustainability you need to create a rich livelihood of service…. (Even if you’re brand new to coaching or still have further to go on the ‘embodiment’ path yourself) If you’re yearning to move beyond mindset tools & get to the root of what’s holding you (& your clients) back… If you’re called to service, but sense you’re not (yet) bringing your most potent self to client sessions... And you know there is more depth, vulnerability & power available… somewhere inside the body. This session will invite you to experience how Feminine Embodiment Coaching works and taste it for yourself. Want to know the secret to avoid adding (yet another) course to your ‘never quite finished’ shelf? We’ve all bought a training (or five) that didn’t deliver. Perhaps… * You lost interest halfway through * The star-studded lineup of teachers turned out to be an incohesive mess * The pricing looked too good to be true (and it was) * The mentors had no vibe & couldn’t hold a resonant space These experiences are a rite of passage. We’ve all been there, as we figure out how to discern the meaningful experiences from the mediocre ones. The difference between experiences that suck and experiences that stick is… the opportunity for embodied learning. Most training has zero embodied learning built into their experiences. For those who are strong self-starters & want to do all the implementation themselves, this could work. But for those of us who want to venture into the unknown, who want to soften & be held. For those of us who want to do things faster by accessing community & on-demand help. Then embodied learning spaces are where it’s at. Looking to bring more depth to the clients you work with? This is one of the most common yearnings for practitioners we partner with. But how to do it? What are the ingredients for more depth? I’m breaking it down on today’s podcast…. Whether you’re a new practitioner, or already have 200 modalities under your belt, many of us sense there’s deeper layers to access. We feel it for ourselves, and we want to share it with our clients. In the podcast we’re diving into: * The 3 key ingredients to bring more depth to your client sessions * Why so many highly skilled practitioners have this yearning (despite already being skilled practitioners) * Why these ingredients are left out of many transformational modalities * How to find more truth & power that your client can tangibly access * Some key strategies I use, including my own client examples Resources mentioned in this podcast: * Info Session [http://jennaward.co/info/] - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching * Somatic Self Coaching [https://jennaward.co/self/] - free guide * Primal Feminine Flow [https://jennaward.co/flow/] - at home embodiment practice * Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification [https://jennaward.co/feminine-embodiment-coach/] - professional training

If you’re craving more depth in your own embodiment or in the spaces you hold with clients, vulnerability is non-negotiable. It’s the key that opens us up to real intimacy and true transformation. When someone shares vulnerably with me—whether it’s a client, colleague or my child—I know we’ve reached the gold. We’re no longer hovering on the surface. We’re in rich, honest territory. But vulnerability can be confronting. It asks us to feel the tenderness, shame, or discomfort that many of us were taught to avoid. And so, we’ve developed clever strategies—mostly unconscious—to sidestep that feeling. In this podcast, I’m sharing the 4 avoidance strategies we use to avoid vulnerability, and how naming your style is the first step to doing something different. We also explore: * How important vulnerability is for deeper connection * Why so many of us see vulnerability as a weakness (rather than the gift it is) * Why recognizing your vulnerability avoidance style is crucial to flexing your vulnerability muscle as a human (& practitioner) * The 4 Vulnerability Avoidance Styles * Why creating safe spaces for vulnerability is vital for growth.
