#6 YOUR KNOWING - YOUR INTUITION Intuition is your birthright. It is not a gift reserved for the few. It lives in every single one of us. But here is the truth most people won't tell you - it takes a choice to use it. A conscious decision to tune in, to trust what you feel, and to integrate that inner knowing into your everyday life. As women, we are born with this power. But somewhere along the way, many of us stopped listening. We handed our trust over to logic, to doubt, to other people's voices. And we forgot that the most powerful guidance we will ever receive is already inside us. This is about choosing the power within. It is about seeing the glass half full instead of half empty and understanding that this is not naive optimism. It is a choice. A radical, life-changing choice that shifts everything. #5 OPENING UP OUR SEXUALITY When did you stop giving yourself permission? Permission to feel. Permission to enjoy. Permission to be fully, unapologetically alive in your body. In this episode, we go deep into the root chakra - the lover chakra. The place in the body where our life force, our creative power, and our sexuality live. And we look at something few of us talk about openly: that many of us as women - unconsciously -  punish ourselves. We punish ourselves by shutting down. By keeping pleasure at a distance. By turning our innate sexuality into something we control rather than something we live. But here is what we need to remember: don't close up your sexual desires. Your soul's essence is deeply intertwined with your sexuality - it is not separate from who you are. It is who you are. And that sexual energy is not just personal. It is connected to something far greater - the big consciousness. When you open up to your own desire, you open up to the universe itself AND your lifeforce. You can welcome pleasure on another level. So what if the opposite of shutting down was the way? What if giving yourself the orgasm, the desire, the surrender is actually a portal? Not just to more pleasure, but to a deeper connection with yourself, your higher self, and the consciousness that runs through all of us. #4 'Bella - you never left'

#4 BELLA - YOU NEVER LEFT The other day, I held my beautiful white dog Bella in my arms as she took her last breath. And in that moment, as her little body went still, I felt something that might surprise you: Not goodbye. But hello. This episode isn't about grief, though my heart is tender and my eyes are swollen.This is about what I know to be true - what I've always known as a medium, but now understand in a way that splits my heart wide open: She didn't leave. She's still here and she has a profound message for all of us! The Afterlife is not somewhere away. It's here. We've been taught such a painful lie: That death separates us. That our beloved ones, our family, our precious pets - go "somewhere else." Somewhere distant. Somewhere we can't reach. That we are dis-connected. t's not true.  The afterlife isn't away. It's here. Right here. It's not another dimension we can't access. It's not a far-off place where souls wait for us. The afterlife is their reality. And it's also ours. We're living in the same space, just at different frequencies. Like radio stations playing simultaneously- they're all here, all now, just tuned to different channels. And Bella? Bella - my little white fluffy doggy - she came into my life 12,5 years ago, a tiny white ball of energy and unconditional love. She was my shadow. My comfort. My constant companion through everything - moves, heartbreaks, transformations, joy, darkness, rebirth. That is why it is so important that we realise and know that we are the creators of our own timelines and life.  Remember - we are spiritual beings living a human existence.   We have the power to create, and it is time to start taking action and create the best potentials of our lives - so we can be and attract more light and love. I need to post this. What am I making for dinner? Did I respond to that email? I'm wasting time just standing here. You pull yourself out of the pleasure. Back to productivity. Back to control.
