If you have ever began a project or started toward a goal, you know there is a big difference between how enthusiastic you feel at the start and how you feel actually doing the steps in the middle. Idk about you, but more than half of the days I spend taking the steps I feel like its pointless, useless and they don't matter. I "feel" like i'm not making progress. Today, I am sharing a personal experience of the time I went from Fat to Fit on 75hard and how I learned that how you feel doesn't matter at all -- all that matters is you keep stepping.
