Welcome to The Pit! I started this podcast to help bring attention to the seriousness of mental health disorders, the seriousness of reaching out, to help understand different coping mechanisms, to share support and love throughout the world. I want everyone to understand that its perfectly okay, to not be okay. There is help, and there is light at the bottom of that pit. So let's dive in and understand ourselves and each other a little better!
