July 23, 2024 under 10 min talk about how Ive learned and am continuing to learn to adapt and pivot to life. I am neurodivergent with ADHD & dyslexia and then at 28 I had a ruptured brain aneurysm. Change in schedule can be a big trigger for a lot of neurodiverse individuals. Please be kind to yourself and know that it does get easier and better.
