In today’s episode we are exploring women’s wrestling with Alex Morrison, Sage Swalley, and Baha Ali. Women's wrestling is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., expanding from just 800 female wrestlers in the early 1990s to over 50,000 today. In 2026, women's wrestling will reach a major milestone with its first-ever NCAA championship (almost a full century after the first male wrestling NCAA championship). The Yellowcard team was thrilled to host Alex and Sage, two standout wrestlers, along with their teammate and male ally, Baha. We had a fun, thoughtful conversation on a wide range of topics including the importance of lifting each other up, the benefits of shared power, the critical role of trailblazers and role models, and the need to support women as they enter spaces that have historically been dominated by men.
