The Case Against Brooke Skylar Richardson

In April 2017, Brooke Skylar Richardson, learned she was pregnant and told no one. In July 2017, she visited an OB-GYN, told the doctors her baby was stillborn, and that she buried the body in the backyard of the family home. The doctors notified authorities and she was charged with a number of counts, including aggravated murder. “48 Hours" Correspondent Erin Moriarty reports. In April 1990, married couple Nancy Bishop and Richard Langert, who were expecting their first child, were found murdered in their Chicago home. Their killer was identified months later as David Biro, a local high school student, who bragged to a friend that he had done it. Decades later, in seeking closure to the crime, Nancy's sister pursued a face-to-face meeting with Biro in prison. “48 Hours" Correspondent Maureen Maher reports.
