A man is sitting in a car in a Walmart parking lot in Homewood, Alabama. He's not picking up groceries. He's negotiating a price to have his wife and children killed, seven people total. The man he's talking to? An undercover FBI agent. The hit was never coming. But the intent and the money, according to the government, were very real.  Mohammad Mohammad pleaded guilty to all seven federal murder-for-hire counts.
