What can I change?
What do I want to do differently?
Am I spiritually preparing for my day?
Am I finding ways to make connections?
How can I improve the connections that I do have?
Do I appreciate what I have?
Do I have people that support me?
Where am I at, and what can I change?
What is best for me at this time?
Invitation:
Ask yourself, “What can I add or take out of my life? What is best for me at this time?”
Choose one thing you can do in each area: spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Choose to start somewhere.
