In this meditation, we are focusing on building strength, faith, courage, and self-belief. These affirmations aren’t just words — they’re tools for facing challenges, embracing change, and growing into the person you’re meant to be. TOday we have a collection of affirmations and my good feeling flow that aims to support the journeys  just like the people who put in a requests for me to cover inner peace, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and more. Positive thinking is not bullshit, it is scientifically proven that you can rewire your brain and involve out of old mindsets. You could simply be seeking to create a calm, clear mind with this meditation or trying to navigate one of lives many shitty challenges. My affirmations and flow encourage you to stay grounded, embrace your words, and foster a healthy balanced mindset. Small steps taken frequently add to the bigger hole and nurture clarity needed to live a whole life.

S2E11 Lets talk about Sex, Baby! Part 2

AH the first part was so juicy and full of knowledge, including things I’ve never heard of before! In the second part of my conversation with researcher Melissa Blundell Osorio, we take a closer look at her groundbreaking research on cam sites and male body comfort, shedding light on how these factors shape our understanding of sexuality. We also touch on sexual education and societal taboos, and Melissa shares expert advice on how to engage in sexual health discussions.  We also talk about resources if or when you are ready to learn more about yourself, you partner(s) and sex as a whole.  And we just plain reveal our own experiences and thoughts as Latinas and women in current culture.   This episode continues with an exploration of the importance of collaboration between museums and academic institutions and how they’re driving conversations about diversity in sexuality and identities.
