Mary and her Dormition

Monday we celebrated the Most Holy Mother of God in the Dormition, and I would like to apologize for my late reflection on this most spectacular and amazing feast. For me this was a great feast, after 14 days of prayer and fasting, to finally arrive at this most coveted feast, I found it to be most enlightening. Today instead of preaching, I felt it most important to provide for my readers the narrative of Mary's passing from the ancient tradition of the Church. Enjoy!
