"Clark, Audrey's frozen from the waist down." 🥶 "That's all part of the experience, honey." What an experience marathon training has been! Sometimes I felt like frozen Audrey from Christmas Vacation, but luckily I had the Clark Griswold of running (Anna) by my side with all the optimism and wisdom to keep me going! I am back and comin' in hot with some fresh momentum coming off of 6 months of training for a marathon! I found out so much about myself during the training - it's in the journey not the destination, right? - and I wanted to bring some lessons learned to the Pod Squad!
