Coping with Mental Health

Heylloooo listeners, today's episode is a piggyback off of last week's episode! I have been asked several times, how I cope with my mental illness and not be on several medications... This episode will tell you how, and this weekend my first every Youtube video will be filmed and hopefully be up by the end of June. (only because I am working out kinks) But I truly hope this episode helps others, who like myself don't want to be on a stock of pills for the rest of their lives.
