Acerca de BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation

BËRTHAMA is not a podcast of explanations, but an offering of presence. Through readings from the volumes of BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation, artist and writer Saimir Mullalli enters the field where art is received rather than produced, and philosophy appears as revelation. Each episode offers poetic and reflective prose resting in silence, presence, and Source. All texts are original works by the author. The voice is digitally rendered. © 2025 Saimir Mullalli More at mullalliart.com/links

Episode 12 — The Trace of a Hand

In this episode of BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation, we enter the quiet space of gesture — the trace a hand leaves when it listens rather than controls. A painting is not only colour and form; it is a field of movement, of touches and pauses, of permissions and softenings. Here, the trace becomes the presence that remains after action ends — the silent doorway through which the viewer enters. This episode explores: • the hand that receives, not forces • gesture as listening • the moment the brush moves “as if moved” • the edges of a painting as living thresholds • how the truest marks are those that remain open A meditation on movement, stillness, and the unseen origin of form. BËRTHAMA — a philosophy of revelation. A journey into art that listens, breathes, and reveals. #Berthama #PhilosophyOfRevelation #ArtAndSilence #Presence #Painting #Gesture #MeditationThroughArt

Episode 11 — Colours That Listen

In this episode of BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation, we enter the third cycle of the journey: the dialogue with paintings. We begin with colour — not as something we look at, but as something that looks back. Here, colour is presence. It listens. It receives the viewer. It reflects silence through vibration, breath, and tone. Episode 11 invites you to stand before a canvas in a new way: not to analyse, not to interpret, but to feel how colour gathers your presence and returns it as resonance.A painting is never finished — it waits for you, listens to you, and breathes with you. Let colour listen.Let silence paint its ear through every shade you see. #Berthama #PhilosophyOfRevelation #ArtThatReveals #ColoursThatListen #ContemporaryPhilosophy #SilenceAndPresence #MeditativeArt #ArtistPodcast

Episode 10 — The Source Behind All Stones

A return to the invisible ground behind stillness, presence, surrender, and vibration — the Source that never left. From BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation. Welcome again to BËRTHAMA — A Philosophy of Revelation. We have walked with the stones:Stillness — the ground that does not move.Presence — the light that shines without effort.Surrender — the art of letting be.Vibration — the resonance of silence in all things. Now we come to the final stone of this cycle: The Source. The invisible ground behind every stone, the unnameable field from which all arises. The Source cannot be described or defined, and yet it is nearer than your own breath. “The Source is not elsewhere. It is the seed of now.Every sound is born from it.Every form dissolves back into it.It is what never left, what cannot leave.”(From Art That Reveals What Silence Knows) When we speak of stillness, presence, surrender, or vibration, we are already speaking of the Source. It is not another stone beside the others — it is the field in which all stones rest. Think of space itself.Space holds the mountain, the river, the city, the breath. It does not push or resist, yet without it nothing could appear. So it is with the Source — the invisible space that allows all things to be. In art, the Source is the unseen hand moving through the painter. In life, it is the quiet certainty that you are already home. “The Source does not need to be found. It was never absent. It does not need to be reached. It is what you are.To return to the Source is to stop leaving.”(From Art That Reveals What Silence Knows) The mystery of the Source: it cannot be taught, only remembered. It cannot be forced, only revealed. So we close this cycle: Stillness, Presence, Surrender, Vibration, and the Source. The stones are not steps upward but openings into what is already here.Let them remain with you — not as concepts but as companions. In the next cycle, we will turn once again to the paintings — to see how colour, form, and breath carry the same revelation. Until then, rest in the Source.Let it remind you that there is no distance between you and truth. You are already at the centre.
