Hi everyone, my name is Hali. I used to teach yoga for 8 years and have been a health coach and spiritual guide for 5 years. I want to be honest about the ‘wellness community’ and what is hidden beneath the surface. This is not meant to shame anyone or blame anyone. I believe real healing starts with honesty. And right now there are things occurring in the industry that I don’t agree with. This is about bringing light to these topics so that we can grow and learn from one another. Being well includes shadow work and transforming that into light. Facing the truth and transforming it.
