In this episode, Yuma local Nate Clifton, shares his stories, jams, and some nutrition advice. He also walks us through his perspective that ultrarunning isn’t so much a sport about the miles as it is a sport of self-discovery.  He also shares a strategy that works both in the kitchen and on the trails.
