In Episode 5 Antonio  He shares his true account of life changing lessons that helped him make suffering work in his favour.  After coming to learn about personal development and going down the route of spirituality a huge shift happened within him. He began to self enquire which led him to take an interest on reverse engineering his life all the way back to the day he was formed within his mothers womb. "How have that must have felt like to be born?" he wondered? and then going from one push to another throughout the rest of your life. He's passionate about giving sensitive subjects a voice, promoting transparency and advocating that vulnerability is real strength. He came to realise the biggest virtue we can all have is bravery. Comfort is the enemy of progress. Change is the only one thing constant and the only truth promised to us all is death of this body. We might as well make it a good one. He hopes to inspire others to stop chasing the illusion in front of them and awaken to who they truly are. Being True Strength

In Episode 2 Marc shares about his journey into the military at the age of 21 because he was unhappy with the way his life was going.
