Brewster, Minnesota, population 453. Early in the morning on August 19, 2015 Jan Kruse is shot and killed in her bed while sleeping next to her husband. Chris Kruse is eventually charged and tried for the murder of his wife. In the spring of 2020 he is acquitted. Chris maintains his innocence and Jan's family have stood behind him from the beginning, never waivering in their belief he had nothing to do with the death of Jan.The County Attorney says the case is closed. The jury got it wrong. Join us as we breakdown the events surrounding the night of August 19, 2015 and the investigation that followed. Who killed Jan Kruse?
