This Doesn't Feel Like Me Anymore

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2565088/fan_mail/new] I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately—and I think a lot of it has to do with how much my life has changed since I started this podcast. When I first started Cai Society, I was in a completely different place.  I was living at home, single, and honestly just trying to rebuild after a failed engagement.  And now… my life looks really different.  I’m living on my own, I’m in a relationship, and I’m navigating a version of life I haven’t fully caught up to yet. In this episode, I’m talking about that overwhelm, how much things have shifted, and why the podcast started to feel disconnected from who I am now. This is also a reset.  I want Cai Society to feel more like a diary—less structured, less “preachy,” and more honest about what’s actually going on in my life in real time. No script, no perfect takeaway—just where I’m at right now. Cai Society is a weekly podcast about navigating your 30s with humor, honesty, and zero pressure to have it all figured out. Follow the show so new episodes land automatically — because remembering things is hard.

Making Space for Art & Silence: Prioritizing Peace in Your 30s with Sean Matthew Whiteford

Send a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2565088/open_sms] For the first time ever, Cai Society has a guest — and this conversation felt like the right one to start with. This week, I’m joined by Sean Matthew Whiteford: performer, producer, vocal coach, and composer with over 20 years in the creative world.  From starring in Rock of Ages and Jesus Christ Superstar to writing the book, music, and lyrics for I Was a Teenage She-Devil (opening at The Other Palace in London this April), Sean has built a dynamic career in performance. But this episode isn’t about resumes. It’s about what shifts as you grow. We talk about: * Prioritizing peace and quiet in a loud world * Having fewer minutes to spare — and being intentional with them * The mental blocks that show up even with experience * How friendships evolve in your 30s * Making time to express yourself creatively * The importance of having supportive people who genuinely cheer you on This is an honest conversation about boundaries, creative drive, and choosing what actually matters. If you’ve been re-evaluating your time, your energy, your relationships, or your creative expression — this episode will feel like sitting in a safe group chat with people who get it. Press play and join us. Cai Society is a weekly podcast about navigating your 30s with humor, honesty, and zero pressure to have it all figured out. The Midwinter Launch

Send a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2565088/open_sms] It’s mid-February.  The holidays are behind us, your New Year’s resolutions might already be wobbling, and life can start to feel like it’s on autopilot.  But here’s the truth: this moment is still a powerful launch point for the rest of your year. In this episode of Cai Society, we break down how to turn “mid-winter energy” into real momentum.  We’re talking micro-habits, bold experiments, mindset shifts, and how to stop waiting for the perfect time to start.  Because the next 10 months of your year are wide open—and you can take off from right here. You’ll learn:  • Why mid-February is actually prime time to start something new  • How small, intentional actions create compounding momentum  • Easy ways to shift your energy and stop treating February like a lull  • A simple challenge to help you launch into the rest of your year If you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or like you missed your “January window,” this episode is your reminder: it’s not too late to move.  February isn’t the month you survive—it can be the month you thrive. 🎧 Press play and let this be your Midwinter Launch. Cai Society is a weekly podcast about navigating your 30s with humor, honesty, and zero pressure to have it all figured out.
