Miiko grew up with drug-addicted parents. She tackled law school as a single mother on public assistance and became (and is currently) one of the most respected Sr. Prosecuting Attorneys in her jurisdiction. Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert on Domestic Sex Trafficking and Gender-Based Violent Crime, she demonstrated that "protecting black girls" is more than a hashtag. This podcast will get you caught up on the challenges, solutions, and all topics relevant to underrepresented populations. With that being said, Let's get caught up, so you don't get CAUGHT UP!
