The fitness industry is plagued by many struggles and battles that hinders and leads us further away from God, such as lust, vanity, pride, and others--rather than--draw us closer. In this episode, we will discuss just how to navigate, educate, and abide by the will of God for our own personal health and fitness goals, desires, and aspirations, not for our own glory, but for the Father's.
