Tip #1Acknowledge where you are so you can exit that place and work becoming who you need to be to get where you to go. To do what I love I needed extreme discipline so I worked out 6 days a week Without assistance I would not make that demand of myself I am asking you, Is where you are where you want to be? I got the right measure and I want to help you get the right measure as well. What I mean is what amount of work do you need to do to get where you want to be? Have you been able to do it on your own? If not, there is no shame I couldn't either I asked for the tools to get there because I love myself too much to stay stuck.
